Для образования Future Continuous необходимо использовать will be и основной глагол, к которому мы добавляем окончание -ing.
Для построения вопросительных предложений нужно использовать следующий порядок слов.
General question
Will \(+\) subject \(+\) be \(+\) Ving \(+\) other parts of the sentence?

Will | he, she, it be cooking? |
Will | we be cooking? |
Will | you be cooking? |
Will | they be cooking? |
Special question
Question word (when, why, how, what...) \(+\) will \(+\) subject \(+\) be \(+\) Ving \(+\) other parts of the sentence?
